Open Hands Community Care (OHCC) is a not-for-profit Charity organisation based in Brisbane, Queensland. We seek to contribute to building & transforming of lives of individuals & families for a life lived abundantly!
Through comprehensive and integrated support services, such as aged and disability care, community supports and food relief, we seek to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of the youths, children, men and women alike, whilst creating, protecting and promoting healthy, peaceful and promising futures.
As an NDIS Registered Provider, our Support Services are tailored to be innovative, relevant and responsive, meeting the diverse needs of the people within the community, addressing the social barriers and gaps being faced by many, especially those from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) Backgrounds.
We support, value and respect our clients, ensuring we create and maintain meaningful connections and supports, working closely with other organisations and charity bodies to help promote and advocate for their rights and cater for their individual wellbeing.
