OpenKnot is a UX Design Studio based in Pune, India. Our mindset in starting the studio is, People deserve to enjoy their work & we are here to transform employee experience by reducing the impact of digital complexity. We get energized by solving problems and providing meaningful & usable designs. We look at design as not just aesthetics, but a wonderful tool to understand user needs, discover new opportunities, iterate them, validate and execute. For us, designing without user insights is like crafting the assumptions which may or may not stand true. We humanize the products through user research and their validation. We concentrate on designing complex digital products such as enterprise portals.
