Non-profit organization created by a board of 15 students to empower young adults with autism and provide them better access to education and employment.
Our volunteers visit small businesses on a weekly basis asking to create simple job opportunities for individuals with autism. In exchange for allowing us to create a job, our marketing team offers to manage the digital presence of the business and takes care of their online presence for free. Openminds Generation then connects the job-seekers and the employers and provides the necessary training for a proper transition and adaptation.
