Openreq combines a full-content industry website with branded top level professional and social networks to provide a rich interactive community for staffing, recruiting and HR professionals to gather, interact and network. The concept of openreq.com and the eCareer “Talent Acquisition System” was in development for three years. In February 2012, eCareer, Inc. purchased the domain name openreq.com, developed the platform and website which was subsequently beta tested in 2012 and publically launched on January 1, 2013.
