Open Up is an Amsterdam based organization that challenges and supports humans - in theory and practice - to open up so we may actively improve our vital relationship between individuals, society and the nature. Founded by Katrien Franken in 2015, Open Up is also a tool for emergence; alive learning education; an activism of inquiry, a practice for worlding the now.
We offer deep exploratory inner journeys, and research and develop methodologies that help contextualize the psychotherapeutic, philosophical, experiential and educational potential of breath work in relationship to the living breathing world. We are facilitating these processes inter-culturally and cross-disciplinary, and across multiple societal contexts.
In our for-profit and non-profit arenas we are building a source of credibility for what’s possible in exploring new understandings of human healing potential and inner growth.
