It was built on a foundation of 40 years experience through its founders First Recruitment Group CEO, John Upri and managed solutions expert, Simon Woodhouse. With a combination of their extensive experience and unique, unbiased approach, Operam was born Since opening Operam has gone from strength to strength providing tailored flexible recruitment solutions to a multitude of the UK based and international companies. We opened Operam West Africa in 2021 with a dedicated team and infrastructure to reflect the Operam standards in country, further strengthen our local relationship relationships and on the ground capabilities We are now fully registered with the Ghana oil industry regulator, the petroleum commission and all statutory entities in Ghana, providing seamless in country support
