OPERATE è un gruppo di esperti composto da tecnici, aziende e professionisti che nel tempo hanno acquisito forti competenze sui temi di Ambiente, Misurazione e Tariffazione Rifiuti che si sono riuniti formando un Osservatorio Nazionale con l’intento esclusivo di fornire gratuitamente aggiornamenti e informazioni normative, esperienze tecniche e soluzioni di gestione sui temi ambientali con particolare attenzione agli aspetti di Misurazione e Tariffa Rifiuti. OPERATE.it è il portale di riferimento per rimanere aggiornato sui temi in questione e poter contribuire ad apportare soluzioni ed esperienze utili a far progredire un corretto sistema di applicazione della Tariffa Rifiuti. OPERATE is a no-profit association, it is composed of a group of experts technicians, companies and freelance professionals operating in Italy and abroad, who over time acquire strong expertise on Environment, Measurement and Waste Tax field. They come together to form a National Observatory with the exclusive goal of providing free updates and law information, technical experiences and management solutions on environmental issues, with particular attention on Measurement and PAYT. Operate is an observatory focused on the urban waste supply chain, on how to implement the service, on the construction of financial economic plans, on the measurement of waste production, on the PAYT. It is also a lab and space for analysis, monitoring, comparison, sharing and information on law, technical, organizational and management development issues.
