Operation Deploy Your Dress is a military spouse run non-profit whose primary purpose is to offset the cost of attending military formal functions, especially for junior service members. Our dresses are donated by the American public and given away to military ID card holders. ODYD is run solely by military spouse volunteers and “deploys” dresses from seven shops on military installations around the country. Our business model is unique since no money is exchanged, but runs like a franchise. Each “boutique” is set up and run by volunteers under guidance of the local military Spouses’ Club and supported by ODYD National.
