To have a commonwealth, the commons must have the wealth. That means the middle class should own at least half. Today, the middling share is less than a third. To induce market actors to coordinate voluntary wealth de-concentration via private transactions, we must apply the technique of median-top household wealth tethering at an efficient mathematical ratio.
