Operation Be You, Inc.

OBY focuses on the development and empowerment of all girls, with an emphasis on girls of color, in Lexington, KY and surrounding counties. Our goal is to teach girls 10-17 years of age how to overcome fear, effectively communicate, be more mindful and motivated. We also perform life-skills development and career coaching that will enable them to be socially and economically successful.
