Operation Get Fit, LLC (OGF) is a Houston base fitness and wellness company specializing in Onsite and Virtual fitness, Corporate Wellness and Health and Wellness Events. Since 2007, Operation Get Fit has been educating Houstonians on the importance of exercise, good nutrition, and daily physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle! Our Team provides safe and effectively designed workouts for all fitness levels in a fun atmosphere. OGF’s professional trainers encourage and instruct participates on proper form and exercise modification for the best workout possible. A variety of high energy classes keep participates motivated and inspired to improve cardiovascular health, strength, balance, flexibility and overall wellness. We have partnered with many organizations to provide professional onsite and virtual fitness services, along with Corporate and Public Health and Wellness events. Among these are the City of Houston, Mayor Office of Special Events, CIGNA, Houston Zoo, Houston Independent School District, YWCA, and HISD.
