Operations is a critical and essential function in the execution of the various processes and strategies in the organization. The operations leaders work together with the management on translating the company’s strategy into processes to capture data and perform in-depth analysis and optimization to understand the teams’ productivity and efficiency to increase the organization's profits and revenue. The operations leaders are the ones who take the GTM Plan and help to implement it broadly and cross the business units in the organization. In other words, Operations leaders are assisting with setting goals and define each department’s metrics for success, through methodologies, workflows, data collection, analysis, and process optimization. This way Operations leaders build automation and tailor-made processes to improve the organization users’ experience and to produce the most effective Client Journey, for an internal business unit or the end customer. This community was founded for operations leaders, who are holding operations positions that are related to marketing, sales, customer success, finance, product, and R&D. These leaders build, improve, and familiar with the client journey funnel and processes and looking for a hub to discuss, advise, and share knowledge and ideas related to the various operations departments.
