Operis Construction is a multi-disciplinary construction company which designs and builds bespoke residential and commercial developments for the discerning client. The firm’s in-house resources provide a comprehensive turnkey service from inception through to occupation and maintenance. Operis focuses on delivering a timely, high quality product, whilst ensuring value for money. At present Operis are proudly developing Heckfield Place into a 5* country house hotel. This comprises the restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Georgian Manor House and Stables; the new construction of a state-of-the-art Restaurant and Ball Room; the new construction of an underground Screening Room; the refurbishment and extension of two Mews buildings providing luxury guest accommodation; a renewable Energy Centre; a number of estate lodges and cottages; and the careful redevelopment of the 400 acre estate including formal gardens, woodland, parkland and the original home farm under the considerate design of Todd Longstaffe-Gowan.
