This comprises the restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Georgian Manor House and Stables; the new construction of a state-of-the-art Restaurant and Ball Room; the new construction of an underground Screening Room; the refurbishment and extension of two Mews buildings providing luxury guest accommodation; a renewable Energy Centre; a number of estate lodges and cottages; and the careful redevelopment of the 400 acre estate including formal gardens, woodland, parkland and the original home farm under the considerate design of Todd Longstaffe-Gowan.
