OPES Commercial Real Estate began as Keller Williams Commercial. KW Commercial started Nationwide in 2010, and has been built by agents, for agents. The first agent to see the vision in the Kansas City Market and start Keller Williams Commercial Kansas City (KWCKC) was Chuck Cuda. He launched the Kansas City office in January of 2011 having come from a larger brokerage firm in KC attaining his Missouri and Kansas Broker’s licenses along the way. Starting with no listings, nothing in the pipeline, and simply a vision, knowledge, experience, and dedication Chuck was able to broker over $6 Million in the first year. In September of 2011, Nate Prather teamed up with Chuck and KWCKC transacted over $10 Million in volume over the first full year of 2012 and $16 Million in 2013 with only two licensed agents. KWCKC was recognized in the Kansas City Business Journal as the Most-Active Area Commercial Real Estate Firms of 2013.
