Functional Additive Innovation We engineer tailored material properties—including thermal resistance, durability, and chemical stability—through advanced additives and digital modelling, making our composites suitable for extreme environments and net-zero infrastructure. Market-Driven Integration & Reuse We work with partners to align innovation with regulatory needs and commercial goals, supporting the implementation of climate-technology roadmaps and digital lifecycle tools. Our aim is to ensure broad adoption across priority markets. As part of this approach, Ophiolite is a core partner in the Horizon Europe project MODERATOR, where we lead the development of a novel multilayer insulation system for high-temperature thermal energy storage (TES). This system is designed to enhance heat recovery from data centers and industrial processes, helping transform waste heat into sustainable energy. Through science-based design and scalable circular solutions, Ophiolite bridges R&D and market uptake—empowering Europe’s path to a low-carbon, digital future.
