FOR 12 YEARS TAKING CARE OF THE AMAZON. Founded 100% by Amazonians, the mission of the institute is to take care of the forest, everything that lives in it and depends on it, including human beings and the planet. Since 2007, Instituto Vitamazônia develops and promotes eco-environmental projects, courses, training and other actions focused on the partnership between man and nature. The projects range from the recovery of degraded areas to plans for sustainable non-timber forest management and integral preservation of the primary native forest. In several riverside communities, technicians from Vitamazônia present simple methods of recycling and producing food in home gardens. Industries and other types of companies, hold courses and lectures on the collection, recycling and disposal of solid waste and collect food and clothing for needy residents of cities in a state of emergency in the Amazonas. Executive Board and Fiscal Council - 2017/2022 The good level of knowledge and experience of the founders and current directors of Vitamazônia, are aligned with the objectives of the Institute. All are managers with knowledge in the administrative and environmental area. The minutes of appointment of the current executive board and other resolutions are duly registered with the Civil Registry Office of Legal Entities of Manaus-AM, under registration number 48042 book A-894.
