Opis Partners was founded by Una Fogarty, Nisha McGreevy and Kirtna Pai in 2015. Incorporating a variety of development experience with over 70 years of combined tenure on Wall Street, Una, Nisha and Kirtna bring an uncommon and valuable skill set to real estate development by leveraging their significant market, structuring, project management and valuation expertise. A women-owned firm, Opis Partners delivers patience, tenacity and acumen to each project it considers. We do comprehensive due diligence, with extensive on the ground research coupled with vigorous financial analysis.
