Since its establishment in 1961, Opportunity for Work and Learning (OWL) impacts lives and strengthens communities by building a supported, inclusive, and sustainable workforce. OWL’s mission is to partner with individuals, businesses, and communities to assist those requiring support with factors impacting their employability. We do this by helping our participants discover their strengths and develop their skills and connecting them with the wrap-around services needed and the support required to achieve personal growth and successful long-term employment.
