Occupational Psychology Services (OPS) is a consultancy of Chartered Occupational Psychologists working with individuals, teams and organisations to assess, identify, develop and manage their potential. OPS are specialists in human behaviour in the workplace. We combine leading edge business psychology with a client-focused, developmental approach to all consultancy interventions. We also have a training branch specialising in psychometric assessment. We are verified by the British Psychological Society to provide training in psychometrics at all levels - Level A (Test User Ability), Level B (Test User Personality) and Level B Full (Specialist in Test Use).
