OPT Hires matches businesses in the United States together with qualified international students graduating from U.S. universities. We work to find motivated international students graduating from US universities and looking for an OPT job, as well as build a network of businesses and companies willing to recruit such graduates. We aim to continue to build a trusted network of companies anywhere in the U.S. that understand the value of a diverse workforce. Whether looking to recruit an OPT worker to then permanently hire as an employee, or to give a chance to a different OPT worker to gain experience each year, we can assist you in your search for the perfect candidate. We are always welcoming resumes of international students who are graduating in the next year and will be looking for job opportunities. Almost any degrees are welcome - whether in a STEM degree and qualifying for 3 years of OPT or any other degree qualifying for 1 year of OPT (business, finance, marketing, hospitality, public administration, communications, nonprofit management, etc.).
