Optceutics Ltd has developed an innovative ocular model (PK-Eye) to accelerate ophthalmic drug development of protein-based and small molecules for the posterior segment of the eye. The PK-Eye is a two-compartment model that mimics the dimensions, mass transfer, aqueous outflow and clearance from the posterior segment.
