Established in 2006, Optimised Engineering utilises Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software to offer a range of sub-contract services. We also supply and support CAE solutions for in house use. Computer simulations such as Finite Element Analysis(FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis are used to understand and improve the performance of structures and systems. We typically work from customer supplied 3D CAD data, but have the capability to generate or modify models. Optimised Engineering works with engineers and designers with the aim of providing feedback that is genuinely useful to the design process As a Siemens PLM Solution Partner, Optimised Engineering Limited provides and supports Femap, Simcenter and NX Nastran. This provides a broad range of structural and thermal analysis capability. 3D Mechanisms simulation is provided by Dynamic Designer Motion software. For concept work, Working Model 2D™ remains as popular as ever.
