Optical Fibre Trends (OFT) started out as a Fibre solutions provider to the mining sector in 2001. The company expanded to also supply other communications solutions. This development led to the company becoming an official partner, system integrator and accredited installer for various Industrial rated switches and backbone equipment. OFT ultimately expanded to include various other market segments including rail, road and airports. OFT is currently classified as a SMME – Small Micro medium enterprise.
OFT is currently a BBBEE Level 2 company and endeavours to support transformation in current business practices.
OFT’s primary focus is to provide the most effective and ‘future proof’ solution in line with the customers requirement and budget allocation.
