Optima Wireless started in 2003 with the concept of becoming the mobile operating partner for financial investors with local participation. In the early years, mobile licenses were secured in Liberia, Republic of Georgia, Somaliland and in 5 northeastern circles of India with licenses in Malta and Turks and Caicos Islands fully developed and launched. Utilizing the skills of acquired in building and operating mobile networks, the Optima team decided to move into the mobile value added services space. Given the large scope and scale of the sector, Optima focuses on mobile payments and m-health initiatives. We have successfully delivered more than fifty management and consulting projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, Russia and the Caribbean. We focus on the delivery of measurable contributions to build value from inception to exit, growing our partners business together.
