OPL has been established since 1995 and provides technical consultancy and project management for IT infrastructure projects. OPL has a wide and varied experience with a number of key technologies required to build robust and reliable systems and networks.
OPL staff have expertise going back more than 30 years within the IT industry covering areas as diverse as Voice over IP, implementing Clustered High Availability systems, and implementing PC networks.
Open Source software is favoured as an approach in many cases. However customer requirements are always paramount and so propitiatory systems will be implemented where appropriate to the customers specifications.
One of our main focuses is IP telephony. We install and support telephone systems based on Asterisk and FreePBX. We also provide hosted PBX systems based on FreePBX. For those who want more we can also provide PBXact which is a much enhanced commercial version of FreePBX either as an office based system or a hosted system.
