The company has sold more than 2300 systems, and has more importantly a substantial number of systems installed onboard ships and in operation. Optimarin not only delivers an approved system in compliance with all international regulations on Ballast Water Treatment, but also deliver customer satisfaction with a superbly engineered and robust system that actually works and is thoroughly field proven. Optimarin’s business model is to focus exclusively on Ballast Water Treatment Systems, and we design, deliver, install and service one of the industry’s most reliable, simple and effective systems. Going forward; the company intends to use its experience and knowledge to develop applications build on UV + Filter for areas such as bio fouling and fish farming. Serving our customers’ requirements is first on our priority list, and we believe in keeping a close and personal communication to be able to respond to our customers’ quickly and efficiently, though an efficient and effective service operation. Optimarin is headquartered in Sandnes Norway, with additional offices in USA, Japan, China, Holland, Singapore and Bulgaria, and a global distribution and service network. As a maker and distributor of products and services which contributes to the protection of marine life also supporting UN’s sustainable development goals, Optimarin has linked its business to six of the seventeen goals.
