Optimed Research has been a leader in clinical research for over 25 years. Its mission is to provide patients with groundbreaking research opportunities through high quality care and compassionate delivery that will enhance their current quality of life and that of future generations. Donald McNeil, MD, had a passion and a vision for clinical research and founded Optimed Research in 2006. Board-certified in Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine, Dr. McNeil has conducted over a hundred trials as either Principal or Sub-Investigator in a wide range of therapeutic indications. He has grown the company from a single facility in Columbus, OH, into a network of physician investigators across the country from Hawaii to New Jersey. The network consists of physicians with various specialties, including Allergy/Immunology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics and others. Together, the network has taken part in hundreds of innovative and life-saving clinical research studies.
