OptiMedi Ltd. is a subsidiary of OptiNav Ltd., established by OptiNav Ltd. and Pomerania Development Agency as a part of the "Initiating Innovative Activity" project. The company is involved in creating advanced 2D and 3D vision applications as well as systems supporting pre-surgical planning procedures and surgical procedures in medicine. The pilot programme under the name OptiHip, where research and development work is financed within the above mentioned programme, aims at developing a system (medical product) that supports pre-surgical and surgical planning in hip resurfacing.
