Whilst Optimise Talent might be all shiny and new, its two co-founders aren’t! That being said, we feel we are holding up pretty well after 40 years in recruitment between us😊 We’ve both been operating at a high level in the recruitment and talent world for many years. So why are we telling you this? Well to put it simply we wouldn’t still be in the industry, let alone setting up our own recruitment business if we weren’t incredibly passionate about what we do. We would go as far as saying we love all things recruitment and people related! We are beyond excited to be able to take that PASSION and channel it into creating something special, built on strong values that are incredibly personal to us. As they say Rome wasn’t built in a day, so our mission is to make positive changes, one relationship at a time. #We eat, sleep and breath COLLABORATION and after many years in the corporate world we lost a bit of what makes us, us! So our aim is to have the freedom to be ourselves, creating AUTHENTIC relationships with everyone we meet. As our motto says “positive partnerships create optimised outcomes” #We do not want to be tick box recruiters, we genuinely care about INCLUSION and this has to be at the heart of everything we do.
