Optimize Physical Therapy was established in 2017 by Abby Rehberger, DPT with the goal of creating an environment for athletes and patients of all ages, health status, and skill level. Our vision is to maximize your bodies potential both physically and mentally with manual treatment, strengthening, sport optimization with treatment focus geared towards facilitating areas of deficits.
Optimize uses a variety of manual therapy techniques including: IASTM and cupping to facilitate pain reduction, decrease pain and improve functional mobility.
