Optimo Capital was founded in 2019 from a growing demand for previously inaccessible PRE-IPO equity in unicorn companies across the globe. Research showed heavily VC backed companies are going public later than in the 1990s, average time to market increasing from around 4.5 to 6.5 years today. As a result, globally synonymous companies reach IPO stage at a far greater size than in the past. Additionally, manager access and selection are key determinants of investment success in private markets. At Optimo Capital, price discovery in high-quality assets is our priority.
