Our specific focus areas within these categories are: H&S performance improvement where our measure of success is injury reduction; H&S training with a specific focus on behavioural safety and helping our clients shift toward a safety-first culture; process optimisation where our measure of success if to reduce the water and energy usage as well as overall operational costs of our clients to the extent that the savings exceed the cost of our services; process engineering fundamentals training to enable our clients to be self-sufficient regarding process optimisation; carbon emission reduction services where we start with a customised and detailed quantification of viable initiatives to reduce our client’s emissions and we then focus on implementing those initiatives to ensure we achieve results for our clients and with our clients.
