The Company generates revenue from selling technology products and licensing the rights to software products to end-users. Softchoice’s United States operations are carried on by Softchoice Corporation (Softchoice U.S.). Softchoice Holding Corporation (Holdco) is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. On January 2, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Optimus Solutions. Optimus Solutions is an information technology (IT) products and solutions company enabling enterprise and mid-market clients plan, build and maintain their IT infrastructure.
