Opting Back In provides women with the tools they need to return to work in part-time, flex-time, or full-time roles. Whether interested in corporate or non-profit settings, paid or unpaid jobs, the skills acquired through Opting Back In give participants the chance to learn or re-learn the basics of what they need; from the job search in today’s market to technology skills that allow for success on Day One. Motivational and personal assessment tools are also integral to the training and support offered. Opting Back In is a partner to women who want to engage meaningfully in the world around them by working, supporting community efforts, starting a business, or simply learning for the sake of learning. Approaching the return to work experience or defining life’s next steps is daunting. This is why Opting Back In exists. Understanding the job marketplace, understanding strengths, interests, and abilities, and developing the confidence to pursue a goal sometimes requires help and support from others.
