OptixMarine is a Swedish company that offers a patent pending variable gearbox "OptixDrive" enabling constant rpm for shaft generators onboard ships - run main engines on combinator mode with shaft generator connected. OptixMarine is based on long term experience and knowledge among its team members. The company's goal is to use this experiences and knowledge to add new techniques onboard ships to reduce power consumption and fuel consumption.
