OptoQuest is a Cleveland Clinic spinoff commercializing a simulation-based surgical guidance system for creating structurally validated, personalized predictions of corneal and refractive surgery outcomes. Our complementary core technologies include a novel OCT-based elastography device and a patient-specific finite element modeling product for combining imaging data and biomechanical measurements in robust, personalized predictions of surgical outcomes and disease risk.
