Founded in 2014, OptSun Eyewear Frame Manufacturer is owned and managed by a French team, where they begin their experience 20 years ago in the Haut-Jura in Morez. The Haut-Jura is renowned for being the first in the industrialized production of eyewear of high quality since the 19th century.
OptSun is located in Mauritius island, where we are spreading our expertise (savoir-faire) in collaboration with our Director of Production, Mr. P Morey. Mr. Morey has worked in well-known companies such as Buffard and Albin Paget with more than 33 years experienced in the production of optical eyeglasses and sunglasses.
By having our factory in Mauritius, our goal is to manufacture eyewear frames in acetate and metal with respect to premium quality at a very competitive price together with our french know-how experienced renowned worldwide. OptSun is able to produce eyewear frame at a very competitive international rate. Our tools workshop are new and modern, there is no subcontracting work, the whole process is being done in our factory. Today, OptSun is able to produce more than 25 thousand frames monthly.
