OPTTO Entertainment

OPTTO (or Operation Put The ‘Tone On) Entertainment is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. We promote local San Antonio artists through live concerts, festivals, and theatrical productions. We've served the city of San Antonio for 15 years providing live entertainment across the city. We started with the intention of trying to figure out how to help the local San Antonio community become a safer environment. In 2009, San Antonio recorded 7.844 violent crimes, including 2,683 robberies and 4,434 assaults. The city also had a property crime rate, with 91.651 incidents reported, including 18,164 burglaries. Comparatively, the city’s crime rates were higher than the national averages during that period. OPTTO was started as a remedy for crime by providing family fun activities for the community, which has bred new, innovative events that resonate with the community at large. OPTTO has worked with local community leaders and business owners who've rallied behind these events, all in effort to reduce the criminal activity within San Antonio. Since then OPTTO events have become a staple across many regions across San Antonio and amongst its community residents.
