Working with our UK accredited toolmakers and overseas partners we can also offer full Toolmaking Services. We supply weekly Microsoft Project Timing Plans as well as submitting digital photographs throughout the duration of tool manufacture from reports made from our engineers visiting the toolmakers. If the tooling is manufactured overseas we will send one of our engineers to the tool trial to approve the tool and parts prior to shipping back to the UK. At present we have injection moulding facilities from 22 tonnes through to 350 tonnes enabling us to mould parts weighing less than 1 gram each up to large parts weighing around 1.3 kgs.
