Ondernemingsraad (OR) UvA-FGw

[NL] De Ondernemingsraad (OR) UvA-FGw vertegenwoordigt zowel het wetenschappelijk personeel (WP) als ondersteunend en beheerspersoneel (OBP) van de Faculteit der Geesteswetenschappen van de Universiteit van Amsterdam en vormt de medezeggenschapsraad van de faculteit. De OR overlegt met de decaan FGw over alle beleidszaken en het effectief functioneren van de organisatie op al haar doelstellingen. Ook brengt de OR (via haar verschillende commissies) advies uit over het facultaire beleid op het gebied van onderwijs, onderzoek, financiering, organisatie, reglementen, P&O, huisvesting, sociale zekerheid en diversiteit. [EN] The UvA-FGw Works Council legally represents the staff, both academic staff (WP) and support and management staff (OBP), of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Amsterdam and constitutes the Faculty's representative advisory council. The Works Council consults with the dean of the Faculty of Humanities on all policy matters and the organisation's effective performance in terms of all its objectives. The Works Council also (through its different committees) issues recommendations on Faculty's policies related to education, research, financing, organisation, regulations, human resources, housing, social security and diversity.
