Oracle consultant iss an international collaboration to promote high quality critical care that was founded in 2021in Thompson Connecticut, USA. The company was formed by a group of critical care clinicians who are experienced in the education of critical care professionals and committed to promoting high quality care, and also help to develop new telemedicine sistems. The current president is Dr. Mauricio Leitao , MD and research coordinator from the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine The main aim of the institute is to make critical care skills more available to developing critical care professionals and to recognize ICUs that meet the quality standards of the Institute.
