OraiBio was set up with one vision: reducing the disease and death burden from oral cancers. In India alone, every year over 50,000 people die of oral cancer-related complications. We believe that most of these are preventable- given that the 5-year survival rates for Stage 1 are near 100% as against Stage 4 at lower than 20%. So diagnosing in time, treating the oral lesion and preventing further toxicant exposure through scientific evidence-based de-addiction methods can save millions of lives and families in a generation.
