ORAJe – Organisation des Rencontres Aéronautiques de la Jeunesse – has been launched in 2013 to enhance relationships between student, young professionals and industry.
ORAJe relies primarily on a group that now counts more than 300 young people. Members are all finalists and laureates of the USAIRE Student Awards over the last 18 years.
Through ORAJe, USAIRE (Association of United States and European Aerospace Industry Representatives) is committed to bringing industry closer to the students and starting professionals. In this purpose, USAIRE sponsors, advises and supports these young talents to enable them making their first steps in the fascinating fields of Aerospace and Defense.
To summarize, afterworks, internships and job opportunities, meeting with potential employers and major stakeholders of the sector are proposed to the ORAJe community on a monthly basis.
In 2017, the ORAJe community reorganised to develop appropriates responses to its future challenges: it is now an association, structured with four pillars (Careers, Communication, Associations and Events).
