Oral Health Solutions offers a customized coaching approach for dental hygienists. There is no “one size fits all” technique as every organization is unique. Through discussion and information gathering, I provide clear solutions that address your specific dental practice goals and challenges. My processes for developing dental hygienists and hygiene departments are backed by my track record of success in small- and large-scale settings increasing quality of care and revenue growth. After 16 years of coaching and training I truly understand how people learn. I provide on-site coaching as it is the best pathway to success. It allows me the ability to interact with the whole team and to streamline the collaboration and cooperation amongst the entire dental team.
