I’m Sakib (Sak) Rafique, Founder of Orange Ball and a dedicated Mental Fitness & Performance Coach with 15+ years of experience in leadership, education, and mental wellbeing. I’ve worked across football, business, schools, and the public sector — empowering people to take ownership of their mental fitness, just as they would their physical health.
