OrbiFarm® is a groundbreaking vertical farming (VF) platform technology for the cost-efficient production of food crops, medicinal plants and ornamentals at minimal space and resource requirements addressing both the commercial small-scale (e. g. instore farming) and large-scale VF production markets. With its unique conveyor-based design, its flexibility and the possibility to make use of sunlight the novel platform technology overcomes the shortcomings of today's commonly used systems and has the potential to take VF to a new level. The technology is secured by a broad portfolio of patents. OrbiFarm® technology can be freely combined with various indoor technologies (e.g. lighting, air-conditioning systems) and offers many possibilities for integration into existing or new buildings.
