Orbital Learning Inc. provides autism-related services to employers who are considering or in the process of neurodiversifying. Services include training, job coaching services, program management, and consulting. Orbital also provides assessments and retention training for individuals on the Autism Spectrum seeking professional business jobs. Are you on the autism spectrum and want to work in a professional business field, such as Tech, Accounting, or Admin, but don’t know whether you can retain employment once you get it? Whether you have post-secondary credentials or previous work experience, you may be struggling with doubts about your ability to feel comfortable and capable of retaining employment and building a career. Our aim is to increase employment retention and job satisfaction for those on the autism spectrum. Our program takes you beyond resumes and interviews with small class sizes, continual feedback and coaching!
