Orca Equity is involved in the planning, development, and financing of residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Ontario. We are directly involved in over 4,000 residential units, from high rise to low rise, and are involved in the development of over 1,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space. Our projects, once completed along with our development partners, will have built out values in excess of $3,000,000,000.00 and have been featured in several prominent publications. * The Principles of Orca Equity Limited played a role in previous projects as the company was recently incorporated (established 2017).
