Orca Holding is an international investment holding company based in Valetta (Malta), with affiliated companies in several countries and with offices in Miami (U.S.), in Barcelona (Spain), and in Singapore (Singapore). Led by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Laith Pharaon, the company’s current hospitality investments include Amari Havodda in Maldives, projects with Soho House in Europe, and properties in the U.S.. Past hospitality investments include Six Senses in Asia, and Hyatt and Four Seasons branded projects in Latin America. Doing business since the mid 90’s, the company holds a successful track record of owning and operating properties in development, hospitality, retail, restaurants, golf, manufacturing, engineering, oil and gas, and basic industries. Over the course of the past decade, Orca Holding has successfully acquired distressed and underperforming real estate assets, repositioned and improved their management teams, and implemented creative financing strategies to develop these properties into revenue-generating assets.
