Orca Housing was founded in 2023 by affordable housing professionals with more than 20 years of experience each, who are committed to creating and preserving quality, affordable housing for seniors and families through acquisition, development, rental, and consulting services with lenders and investors in the affordable housing industry. By working with property owners, residents, lenders, investors, government agencies, and community activists, we strive to develop innovative solutions that address the unique housing needs of each community we serve.
